Strong For Life Circuit Training

A welcoming exercise class focused on helping participants feel stronger, more mobile, and more energized in daily life. Class includes low-impact strength and endurance exercises, mobility training, functional fitness and balance work. Modifications will be provided for all levels of fitness.
