Strong & Balanced Circuit Training

This low-impact bodyweight circuit training class focuses on building strength, endurance, balance, and functional fitness through a variety of full-body exercises. Participants will improve overall conditioning while developing the core stability and balance needed for everyday activities and long-term health. All levels are welcome in this beginner-friendly class!Please bring a yoga mat and water.
