Running Group

Runners of all experience levels join an easy-to-follow program of active running/walking intervals that gradually builds to more time running than walking. The program also includes activities for non-running days to maximize performance and recovery. This program is designed for anyone starting their running journey, anyone with a goal to run a 5K and for anyone coming back to running after some time off. The class is led by a running coach who provides guidance, support, and motivation to help achieve the goal. Running group entrance is on Broadway and 251st Street and will meet by the Tortoise and Hare Statue.
