Level Up Bodyweight Circuit Training

A 45-minute bodyweight circuit training class designed to build foundational strength, core stability, and improve functional movement. Participants will elevate their overall fitness level with these full-body workouts that combine structured strength training with mobility. Safety is a priority, and modifications will be provided for all exercises. This class is open to all fitness levels, from beginner through advanced!

Where: Sheepshead Bay Cornerstone Community Center (in Bill Brown Playground), Citywide/Online
