Fort Tryon Park Super Steward: Pathkeeper Training

Join us for a Super Steward: Pathkeeper training at Fort Tryon Park. If you are attending, please fill out this volunteer waiver. Note: Every attendee must fill out waiver. If you have others joining, please ensure they fill out the waiver above as well.During this training you will learn:How to identify and assess trail conditionsWays to mitigate trail concernsPlant identification and invasive/non-native species management techniquesStandard trail corridor dimensions & how to prune native vegetation using basic arboriculture methodsWhat you should bring:A water bottleWeather appropriate clothingLong pantsSturdy, closed toe shoesAll participants are encouraged to attend the Super Steward Orientation prior to training. You can register for the Super Steward Orientation on the NYC Parks Super Steward website (there is one every month).
