Bodyweight Circuit Training

This circuit training class combines bodyweight resistance training and conditioning to provide you with a dynamic full body workout. Whether you are a beginner or looking for a challenge; this class for all fitness levels and modifications are always provided. Come engage in exercises that target all muscle groups, get your heart pumping, and connect with people in your community!
