Body-boost Circuit Training

Give your strength, endurance, and confidence a boost in this bodyweight circuit class. Participants will move through cardio and strength exercises with modifications provided for all fitness levels. This supportive and inclusive class focuses on functional movement, coordination, and overall fitness in a welcoming environment.
