Beginner Yoga

Connect with yourself in Beginner Yoga, a class to be enjoyed by all. Experience a fun and light-hearted, beginner flow that will move you seamlessly from Sun Salutation to a final peak pose. Please bring a mat. The class meets on the lawn north of Sobelsohn Basketball Court.
